She also served as the head of Olympics management at VISA, Inc., where she was responsible for delivering VISA’s premier sports sponsorship on a global scale for the Olympic Games.
In 2016, Zaileen was honored as a member of Sports Business Journal’s “Forty Under 40 Class” and Leaders in Sport’s globally acclaimed “Leaders Under 40.” She has been named by Adweek as one of. their 2021 “Woman Trailblazers,” and has been inducted into the Sponsorship Hall of Fame. Chris Kelly is a Silicon Valley investor with a long track record of building innovative companies and making the Internet a safer place for kids and adults alike. As the first Chief Privacy Officer, General Counsel, and Head of Global Public Policy for Facebook, Chris helped the company grow from its college roots to the ubiquitous communications medium that it is today. Jess Smith is entering her first season as President of the Golden State Valkyries. Smith, who has over 18 years of experience in professional sports, oversees all WNBA business operations and reports directly to Warriors President and Chief Operating Officer, Brandon Schneider.
Smith joined the Valkyries from Angel City Football Club, where she served as Head of Revenue from 2020-24. In that role, she oversaw partnerships, ticketing, commerce, operations, data and analytics, broadcast and strategic alliances. Smith, who has a passion for creating revenue streams with intent, revolutionized the sports industry partnership approach with Angel City’s model, where 10% of sponsorship revenues are invested into local community initiatives focusing on equity, essentials, and education. Smith was responsible for launching the ‘Fan Fueled Player Fund,’ where players receive 1% of net ticketing proceeds for advertising ticket sales with their names and likeness. Under her leadership, Angel City renewed over 90% of the team’s season ticket members heading into the 2024 NWSL season.
Prior to her time at Angel City, Smith served as Vice President, Sponsorship at the San Jose Earthquakes (MLS) from 2017-20, where she secured the largest academy-specific jersey partnership in MLS history. Before joining the Earthquakes, Smith worked for the Columbus Blue Jackets (NHL) from 2015-16. Smith also spent time working for the Oakland Athletics (MLB) from 2008-15 in roles within ticketing and sponsorship.
Smith was named to the 2023 Sports Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 list and the 2023 Leaders in Sport Under 40 class. In addition in 2024 she was named a Sports Business Journal Power Player in Women's Sports for her outstanding contributions to the game and beyond and was recognized as SBJ’s Best Hire of the Year. Andre Ward is a former five-time World Champion, pound-for-pound king, the last American male to win Olympic gold in boxing and a first ballot inductee into the International Boxing Hall of Fame. His world class resume extends outside the boxing ring as well. Ward began working in the broadcast space during his time as an active fighter and has served as an expert analyst on Showtime, HBO, ESPN and Netflix.
His commentary work earned him the highly coveted Sam Taub Award Excellence in Broadcast Journalism award from the Boxing Writers association in 2019.
Ward recently joined All The Smoke Fight as their Chief Content Officer and has interviewed some of the biggest names in the boxing world, including Mike Tyson, Laila Ali, Terence Crawford, Claressa Shields and Shakur Stevenson for his new platform.

Yet Ward didn’t stop there, he released his memoir, Killing The Image: A Champion’s Journey of Faith, Fighting and Forgiveness in November of 2023. The deeply personal memoir shares the challenges and lessons he has learned throughout his life and career.
In addition to his book and documentary, Ward is a skilled motivational speaker, and has crafted targeted messages to various audiences, including: corporations, sports teams, schools, churches and youth groups.
Ward and his wife Tiffiney are ministers and consistently provide impactful messages at their church in the Bay Area.
Ward ended his active boxing career on a 19-year winning streak in September of 2017. He shocked the sports world by retiring following the biggest win of his career and at the top of his game. Despite consistent calls for Ward to return, he has defied the odds and remained retired although it hasn’t always been easy.

With over 20 years of marketing and nightlife experience and a resume that resembles a ‘best of’ list of some of the biggest brands in the hospitality and entertainment industries, Ronn Nicolli is a veteran in his craft. The Youngstown, Ohio native moved to Las Vegas as a bright-eyed and eager twenty-something, never intending to stay in the area for long. But with evident skills and the ability to quickly adapt in his field, the marketing professional grew rapidly in his career, leaving a major mark on the city’s nightlife scene and quickly climbing the ranks. Among his extensive experience, he has been recognized by Observer on their Power List of the Most Influential People in Hospitality, Las Vegas Weekly’s C-Suite Honors and VEGAS INC’s 40 Under 40.
In February of 2020, Nicolli took the position of Vice President of Marketing for Zouk Group, which was part of the core leadership team that launched the Zouk Group in the Las Vegas market at Resort World Las Vegas. In February 2022, Nicolli was appointed as Chief Marketing Officer and currently plays a fundamental role in promoting the Strip’s first resort development in over a decade, Resorts World Las Vegas. In this time, Nicolli was the Lead Producer for the resort’s “Rule the World” campaign that launched June 2023. Nicolli’s journey in Las Vegas began as a promoter at Wynn Las Vegas in 2005, where he quickly learned the ropes and transitioned to a promotions manager role the following year. By 2011, he was Executive Director of Marketing for the Wynn Nightlife, managing the property’s marketing team and directing all digital marketing projects, before being promoted to Senior Executive Director of Nightlife Marketing in 2016. In this position, Nicolli developed strategic placements for billboards, magazines, online banners and more, overseeing all advertising and media opportunities and directing elements of marketing for the nightlife division’s celebrity talent. During his tenure at Wynn Las Vegas, Nicolli made a monumental impact on the resort’s entertainment programs, helped launch their out of market event series, and provided the vision and guidance for some of the city’s most notable nightlife venues including Intrigue Nightclub and XS Nightclub.
In 2018, Nicolli brought his expertise to another Vegas property, serving as Senior Vice President of Creative Strategy for Palms Casino Resort where he co-led the nightlife division, overseeing talent, integrated property marketing and public relations for the department during its $620 million renovation. During his time at Palms, he led creative concept meetings and established communication plans to connect all departments, developing a cohesive and welcoming brand for customers.
Notably, Nicolli sits on the board of the Discovery Children’s Museum and is passionate about supporting the Las Vegas community. He also sat on the Super Bowl LVIII Host Committee and finds immense pride in being able to contribute efforts to such a historical event for Southern Nevada. Delency Parham is a New Afrikan Muslim, organizer, educator, journalist, and multimedia creative from Oakland, CA. He is a graduate of the University of Idaho, where he attended on a football scholarship and majored in journalism. In 2017, he co-founded People's Programs, a grassroots Black-youth-led organization which runs a free hot food program, free grocery program, a free mobile health clinic, and stewards half an acre of land. Delency is also the Co-creator of "Tales of The Town," a multimedia project that uses a podcast series, documentary, art exhibit, and music album to document nearly 100 years of Oakland's Black History.

Abbas Muntaqim is a Muslim, New Afrikan culture worker, educator, organizer, and multimedia professional from the Bay Area.
A graduate of UC Berkeley, he was a student-athlete and a key organizer in the Black Student Union’s campaign for institutional change. He was also one of the key organizers involved in the University of California system’s divestment from private prisons and also was instrumental in the creation of the African American Initiative at UC Berkeley.
After graduating in 2016, Abbas co-founded the Fannie Lou Hamer Black Resource Center at UC Berkeley and went on to teach African American Studies at the university for over four years. He is also the co-founder and co-chair of People’s Programs, an Oakland-based New Afrikan/Pan-African organization dedicated to grassroots organizing through the creation of community programs.
